The last stage of the training program for Russian analysts has come to an end. IPA publishes five policy briefs, that refer to the relations between Poland and Russia, NGOs development, volunteer movement, development policy, education and cooperation between the state and NGO’s.
Policy briefs have been written within the project “Training program for Russian Policy and Opinion Makers”. Ten Russian analysts participated in training in Moscow and study visit to Warsaw. Each participant has prepared his/her own policy brief, under the supervision of the Polish tutor. The following texts were recommended for publication:
