The article "Visegrad Group: history from the social perspective - idealization or amnesia?" (Polen - Analysen, no. 102, in German) summs up recent research conducted by IPA in cooperation with the Institute for Public Affairs in Bratislava. It's about the common perception of history in all V4 countries. Both, how the citizens perceive their own history and what do they think of their neighbours'? What heroes do we have and what were the darkest moments of our past. How do we evaluate the most recent breakthroughs - like EU accesion or the split of Czechoslovakia? Finally, do we trust each other?
