Vice- minister of Work and Social Affairs (1990-2000). the Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People (1999-2001).Co-creator of first after war Social Welfare Act (12.03.2004). Chairman of Towarzystwa Przyjaciół Dzieci, member of the social board in the office of Minister of Work, member of the Charity Comitee in Batory Foundation.Active member of  Polish Foundation in Support of Local Democracy, ITAKA, The Academy for the Development of Philanthropy in Poland and  WRZOS.
