PhD in economics, lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). His interests include industrial relations, working conditions and employment relations. He has been a national correspondent to Eurofound since 2002 and currently the main consultant in the Polish team. He cooperates with the Institute of Public Affairs, Friedrich Ebert Foundation and other analytical centers in Europe.
