Absolwent European Public Affairs (EPA) na Uniwersytecie w Maastricht oraz Society & Politics na Uniwersytecie w Lancaster/CSS PAN. Absolwent programów stypendialnych: Think Tank Young Professional Development (OSI), Nauka i Społeczeństwo (PZU), Young Leaders for Europe (Bertelsmann Stiftung). Członek Zespołu Studiów Europejskich IFIS PAN (obszar zainteresowań badawczych: deficyt demokracji w UE, instrumenty zarządzania ponadnarodowego w systemie politycznym UE). Współpracował m.in. z Centrum Stosunków Międzynarodowych, Amnesty Int. Polska, Biurem Międzynarodowej Organizacji ds. Migracji w Warszawie, Helsińską Fundacją Praw Człowieka.
