The mission of the program is to promote active citizenship, strengthen voluntary sector and enhance co-operation between citizens and public administration. The Program implements projects concerning the voluntary sector in Poland, co-operation between the voluntary, public and private sectors, civic dialogue and public participation, promotion of citizens involvement in the public sphere.
