Publications

This report is devoted to the role played by employee representatives, in particular trade unions, in the cross-border transformation of enterprises in Poland. It has been developed as part of the project Let us Participate! Crossborder Reorganisation and the Future of Employee Involvement in Corporate Governance. The main goal of the project is to study various aspects of employee representative participation in the transnational transformations of companies, and then to disseminate knowledge about the possibilities offered in this respect by national and EU law.
