EWepCe Effective and well-functioning EWCs in post – Covid era.


The project will address the insufficient employee involvement in designing and implementing company-level actions to address the impact of the COVID-19,with a particular emphasis put on change management and post-Covid restructuring processes taking place in the metal industry. The main objective: developed employee involvement in MNCs across the EU, in particular by raised awareness and capacity of workers’ and employers’ representatives and improvement of effectiveness of work of EWCs in post-pandemic economy.
    
The aim of this study is to explain:
•    Worker involvement in designing and implementing actions to address the impact of the COVID-19 on the labour force 
•    Transnational cooperation of employers and workers on the definition and implementation of concrete responses to the challenges posed to workers’ involvement by the Covid-19 pandemic strengthened through joint work aimed at the development of evidence-based recommendations and dissemination measures enabling outreaching partner countries

 The objectives of the study will be addressed through the following activities:
•    National study 
•    Comparative report
•    Development of joint evidence-based recommendations, delivery of the inverted training and production of video tutorial addressing the key knowledge shortcomings
•    Delivery of inverted training, production of video tutorial and creation of the EWC assessment tool

•    Preparation of the EWC assessment tool:” The effective EWC in new normality."
