DIGIQUALPUB: The Impact of DIGItalisation on job QUALity and social dialogue in the PUBlic services

The main objective of the project is to explore relatively new phenomena that have become widespread in the labour market in recent years, additionally gaining popularity in times of a pandemic. They are associated with the increasing use of digital solutions in performing their daily duties by employees. The analysis is to cover the impact of the digitisation of work on both job quality and social dialogue. The project focuses on selected professions within the public service sector in three areas: hospitals, local and regional governments and electricity. Various research techniques will be used, both qualitative (interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (online survey among employees).
The results of the study will be disseminated among social partners and other recipients interested in the analysed issues through the publication of country reports, a comparative report and policy papers, as well as the organisation of events - national workshops and international conferences in Brussels - and posts in social media.
