The Fellowship Program is envisaged to strengthen the policy center networks as well as directly support the future leaders of Russian society by improving their analytical capacity and transferring know-how in the field of producing policy research and recommendations.

During the project fellows will attend two training (in Moscow and Warsaw) devoted to interviewing techniques, collection and analysis of policy research materials and interpretation and use of public opinion research. Fellows will be invited to Warsaw to participate in a one week study visit. Participants will conduct their own research (under the supervision of Polish and Russian tutors) and prepare policy papers in various fields of the public policy.
