The Institute of Public Affairs from Poland, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung from Germany and Terra Nova from France outline in a common paper the necessity of giving new momentum to a coherent and comprehensive European energy policy. We initially outline the status quo and the recent initiatives from the European Council and Commission before calling for a more ambitious Energy Union with clearly defined policy proposals for action.
