Analyses and Opinions - Difficult Beginnings. The New EU Diplomacy and the Eastern Partnership


Formation of the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union position, supported by the European External Action Service, was aimed to improve coordination of the EU’s foreign policy.

Elżbieta Kaca from the Institute of Public Affairs and Monika Sus from the Willy Brandt Centre for German and European Studies assessed hitherto activity of the two aforementioned bodies in the context of the Eastern Partnership’s interests.
