The objective of the project was to monitor the implementation and functioning of the Public Benefit Activity and Voluntary Assistance Act. In January 2005 the SPP completed a final report on the cooperation of the civil sector with public administration. The report presents the research results for the period October - December 2004. Focused group interviews were conducted with representatives of NGOs and public officials at the regional and local levels in all Polish vojvodships. The project also involved the analysis of documents regulating the issue of cooperation between NGOs and administration.
