1.Marche Region (Lead Partner) (Italy)
The Marche Regional Government was set up in 1970 in a move to decentralise power from Rome to Italy's 20 regions. It carries out a wide series of legislative, administrative and executive functions. Its constitution, which came into force in 1971, creates an autonomous regional government with powers exercised within the limits of the Italian Constitution.

8. Alma Mons Novi Sad (Serbia and Montenegro)
