Patterns of employment in the third sector

This project aimed at identifying and describing the employment models in the nongovernmental sector, with particular emphasis on the preferred forms of employment. Our goals were also to identify career paths in NGOs as well as initiate the debate on flexicurity in Poland on the basis of the examples of the third sector employment patterns. We conducted research of primary and secondary source materialsas well as qualitative research (focus group interviews in four groups of NGOs employees who belong to social groups defavourised on the regular labour market) and we prepred an experts’ seminar. The outcome of the project was presented at the V Convention of the Movement against Social Helplessness in Krakow.
