Project: „Building the potential for social dialogue”

The aim of this undertaking, which has become part of an international research project, is to assist in the development of a space for social dialogue (and in particular: promoting employment, better working conditions and the building of industrial relations open to cooperation between social partners). within the frames of the project research with social partners has been carried out regarding the creation of optimal conditions for the development of social dialogue in Poland as a new member state in the European Union. A series of seminars (Riga, Prague) has also been organised. The project ended in September with a summary seminar, in which the final collected empirical research results were presented.
