Publications

		The Intitute of Public Affairs (IPA) conducts research, societal analyses and presents policy recommendations. The Institute has a network of associates consisting of scholars from different academic institutions as well as numerous social and political activists.   The IPA publishes the results of its activities in the form of books and policy papers. Its publications are distributed among members of parliament, government officials, representatives of the media and non-governamental organizations.
